Beijing Huakangda Computer Application Technology Co., Ltd.(HKD) is a joint venture company. It was originally established by ABB SimcOn, China National Chemical Information Center(CNCIC) and China SINOPEC Engineering Inc.(SEI) in 1994. HKD's actual shareholders are China National Chemical Information Center, Beijing Shengdalan Science and Technology Inc., and RSI of France.
As a high-tech company in industrial computer technology application, HKD applies and utilizes up-to-date technologies and international standard management system, holds dozens of experienced employees with chemical engineering, automatic control, computer science, ERP and network technology backgrounds. As of today, HKD has successfully contracted and subcontracted more than 100 projects of dynamic process simulation, information management and web site development worldwide. Our engineers have accumulated a complete range of experiences in the IT field.
HKD's quality objective is to achieve total customer satisfaction through adherence to approved specifications and procedures, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Provides computer training simulations, advanced process control systems, and plant information management applications. Our product range includes: Dynamic Simulation Products : WinPROS - Dynamic Simulation Platform, DCS Emulation Systems, CFB boiler and Power Plant Simulation, Emulation keyboard, Basic Unit Operation Models and Process Models. Process Data Management System : GPDMS - General Process Data Management System, I&M OnLine Plaatform and I&M OnLine Application, ERP and the Development of Enterprise Web Site, Automatic Control System. Our services Includes: Services : Technical services: HKD provides training and technical support free of charge for its users. After-sales services: HKD provides one year maintenance and software upgrade free of charge for its users.
