LIMAC COMPANY LTD was originally the LiaoNing subsidiary of china mechanical import - export headquarters. LIMAC have had more than 50 years' operating experience since it started in 1953. The company was the main channel of the Chinese import and export under the planned economy. In 1993 the company first finished the share holding system's reform within the state-owned LiaoNing foreign trade industry. In 1998 the original company carried out standardized reorganization and established LIMAC COMPANY LTD.

LIMAC now owns the manufacturing plant; Dalian Baoyuan Nuclear Equipment Co.Ltd. It was called state-owned Factory 523; Dalian Baoyuan Harbor Company; Dalian Free Trade Zone Lihai industrial Trade Co.Ltd and Liaoning Kimliner Ocean Fishing Co.Ltd. Furthermore, LIMAC is the shareholder of Dapeng Security Co.Ltd. LIMAC now owns 5000 tons port berth and self-used exclusive railways to transport goods. IT Runs real estate as well as fishery business.

To further elaborate, Dalian Baoyuan Nuclear Equipment Co.Ltd. Is one of the few state-own companies which have nuclear engineering projects as well as nuclear electric power. LIMAC made tremendous contributions to the development of the nuclear industry in china. The famous wuyunduo who called the Chinese ?Paul? was the founding factory director.

Baoyuan Ltd is the first established large military project company. The company was chosen as the premier Chinese Nuclear Industrial specialized equipment manufacturer.
