Zoom Developers Private Limited (ZDPL) was incorporated in the year 1991 with a primary focus of developing industrial and infrastructure projects. Since inception, ZDPL, through its various business entities, has successfully implemented projects in the areas of rehabilitation of water supply pipelines by internal lining and coating of pipelines (including projects aided by World Bank), laying of optical fibre cables, tunnelling, mining, site development and turnkey project management. Over the years ZDPL has obtained expertise in Petrochemical Process Engineering & Project Management services and has executed several projects in Europe and the Middle East.
The company is also involved in developing infrastructure projects like urban utilities for water supply and sewerage treatment, roads and bridges, ports and terminals, etc. During the course of years, ZDPL has tied up with various reputed international companies for development of industrial and infrastructure activities on project-to-project basis.

ZDPL has been engaged predominantly in the following services : Infrastructure Development, Industrial Projects, Information Technology/ITES, HR Consultancy, CAD/CAE, GIS. The major projects undertaken are given below : Roads and Bridges on BOT Basis, Solid Waste Management, Real Estate. Industrial projects : The entire spectrum, covering combined knowledge of technical evaluation, market analysis, financial feasibility, basic engineering, dismantling and match marking philosophy, relocation and commercial operations, has helped ZDPL to understand the dynamics of the business and also provided the strength to bid and develop projects in various spheres like Steel, Petrochemicals, Fertilisers, Automotive Components. IT provides Embedded and Smart Card Solutions, Domestic Smart Card Endeavours, Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES), Telecom. CAD/CAE has changed the face of engineering design from traditional drawings creation to modern CAD Center. Plant Design System, Mechanical CAD Design System, Mechanical CAD Platforms, Industry focus for CAD, Infrastructure & Skills.
