Cooke Aromatics Pty. Limited was established in August 1987. It is an Australian owned company, specialising in the supply of high quality ingredients for the Food, Beverage, Cosmetic, Flavour and Fragrance Industries. Peter Cooke, Managing Director, has over 35 years experience in the food industry. Having graduated in Chemistry in 1971, he has worked in technical, sales and senior management positions in the flavour and food industries. Trevor Collins, a Food Technologist, joined the company as a Director in 2002, bringing with him sound experience from senior management positions in several international companies within the food industry. Cooke Aromatics represent a wide variety of highly regarded European manufacturers as their sole Australian agents. Their quality management systems, coupled with purpose-built contract warehousing, ensure optimum quality and service for even the most demanding of customer requirements. In addition, new suppliers and products are continually being sought and assessed for possible inclusion in our range in the future. Many of the products in our range are available ex-stock, Sydney. Others are able to be imported promptly, or as required by our clients.
Cooke Aromatics Pty. Ltd. Is represented in New Zealand, through a sole agency arrangement, by Robert Importers Ltd., Auckland. Clients with manufacturing facilities in New Zealand are, therefore, able to source many of the products that are available from us in Australia through Robert Importers. Cooke Aromatics Pty. Ltd. Have always considered the quality of its products and service to be of paramount importance and achieved certification for Quality Standard AS9002 / ISO9002 in August 1996. In August 1999, accreditation for HACCP 9000 was also achieved.
