China National Chemical Construction Corporation (hereinafter referred to as CNCCC) is an export-oriented group company directly under the Central Enterprise Working Commission, who mainly involves in chemical industry with integration of international trade, research & development, production, engineering design, contracting service, warehousing and various services.

CNCCC was officially established in 1982, whose predecessor was Foreign Affairs Bureau and Complete Plant Import & Export Company of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. CNCCC is headquartered in Beijing with 9 functional departments responsible for whole corporate managerial work. There are two business divisions at CNCCC head office dealing with various import and export business allocated within 10 business departments; there are two companies, i.E. CNCCC International Engineering Company and CNCCC International Tendering Company with specialized involvement in local and overseas contracting service and procurement operation through bidding. CNCCC has research institution with national level engaged in chemical industry and chemical coating and design institute with rich experiences; CNCCC has its own export production bases and the largest compound fertilizer enterprise in Asia. CNCCC also has sound investment in finance, warehousing, leasing and other various fields. It has domestic subsidiaries at the main ports and distribution centers and overseas branches and representative offices in the countries and regions who are the main trading partners with China.
