De-frazzle is locally owned and operated by Tracy Zeilenga, a resident of Watkinsville, Georgia. Tracy worked as a legal secretary for eight years and understands the need working people have; trying to find that balance between family and career obligations. Our goal is to help you accomplish your ?to-do? list so you can be frazzle-free!
We service all of the Athens area, including Oconee County. We are licensed and references are available upon request. I look forward to learning about your specific needs and appreciate your interest in our services!

Your days are long and you are often at school long after your day should have ended. This of course does not take into account you still have your own household responsibilities to take care of. How can you accomplish your schoolwork, your household chores and yet still find quality time to spend with your family? Does this sound too familiar to you? Then allow me to help! THE DETAILS :- At a pre-arranged day and time, I will stop by school and pick up your to-do-list or you can email me the night before. Later on in the afternoon after students have been released, I will drop off your-to-do-list completed for you! Days and times based on availability. What is this list you ask? Below are just some ideas! Just to name a few! GROCERY SHOPPING :- I will be shopping at Publix, Walmart, and Target. Provide me with the list and I will shop for you. For an extra charge of $7.00, I will take your groceries home and put them away. SCHOOL SUPPLIES :- Do your children need their own supplies, but you haven't been able to make it to the store yet? Let me do the running for you. DRY CLEANING :- Let me drop off your week's dry cleaning for you. GIFT SHOPPING :- Teacher appreciation day, birthdays, anniversaries-just tell me what you need, I'll go shopping and even gift-wrap for you. POST OFFICE RUNS :- I will mail letters, packages, get stamps for you! LUNCH RUNS :- Don't have time to pack a lunch but love a place that doesn't deliver. I will pick up your lunch and deliver to you! THE COST! :- I knew you'd ask! For a group of 5 or more teachers, the cost is $7.00 per teacher, per service day (not including cost of items purchased). A detailed invoice will be provided to you upon delivery of your items. MORE INFORMATION PLEASE! :- Give me a call or send me an email and I will provide you with all the final details. Please feel free to pass on this information to your other teacher friends. New Mother Services :- Are you a busy new Mom or Dad? Do you need an extra hand? De-frazzle is here to help! When Mom is unable to perform her everyday tasks, the contributions and sacrifices she makes become quite obvious. Help is often needed to minimize disruption to the family and to maintain normalcy amidst change. When you return home from the hospital with your baby, you have your hands full. You'll need some relief and De-frazzle can be there ready to help. We can assist you in many ways allowing you to get the rest you need! While you are taking care of your baby, we'll be there to care for you by helping to minimize disruption to your family. Use us for a few days, or a few weeks. De-frazzle can help even before delivery. If you are having complications with your pregnancy and/or on bed rest, we can help you and your family make it through those tough times with greater ease and less stress. Let De-frazzle deal with those everyday tasks you need to accomplish. We can :- Shop for groceries, gifts, baby and household items. Go to the dry cleaners, post office, pharmacy, store. Help with light housecleaning and laundry. Wait for delivery ? repair ? installation companies. Help with gift returns, home organizing, special projects or events. Other Services :- Standby Service : We will wait at your home and provide instructions for repairs, deliveries, installations, and movers. House/Pet Sitting : We will take care of your home and pets while you are away, bringing in the mail/newspaper/packages, watering plants, re-stock the fridge, etc. Automotive Care : Is your car overdue for an oil change or repair? We'll take your car in for service while you are at work and wait for the service to be complete! Oil changes, repairs or car wash.
