Quest is an engineering services company, specializing in test services and related consulting services. We do not sell or manufacture test equipment. Our name tells the story. We provide solutions, not simply testing services. We help our customers meet worldwide regulatory requirements and achieve world-class levels of product quality and reliability.

ENGINEERING TESTING SERVICES -PRODUCT SAFETY TESTING Safety testing is essential for all new products. Safety standards must be met before products can be sold. -AUDIO Quest uses its hemianechoic test chamber to perform a full range of acoustic tests, including: -Sound Pressure -Sound Power Sound Power testing is required in many international standards. Quest also offers a variety of additional tests and the design experience to help you develop quieter products for your customers. -AIRFLOW Airflow testing can help you optimize product cooling, while minimizing product size and noise. Typical tests performed are: System Impedance Determination Air Mover Characterization (fans and blowers) Product Design Optimization for Reliability Enhancement -VIBRATION TESTING Quest Engineering Solutions provides a broad range of testing services. We have a variety of vibration test systems of different sizes and broad test capabilities. Vibration testing is important to achieving product quality. Our experience can help you choose the tests which will optimize your product's design. Typical tests performed include: Sinusoidal Vibration Random Vibration Shock HASS - Highly Accelerated Stress Screening HALT - Highly Accelerated Life Testing HAST - Highly Accelerated Stress Testing ESS - Environmental Stress Screening -SHIPPING SHOCK/VIBRATION TESTING We provide testing services independent of the companies that are designing and selling the packaging to you. Our services result in lower packaging costs and improved product "plug and play". Typical tests performed are: Repetitive Shock Bump and Drop Fragility Testing -POWER TESTING All our test labs are supplied with 50 Hz and 60 Hz power. Additionally, our power test lab offers a wide range of services which can evaluate product reliability during power interruptions and disturbances. Typical tests performed are: Power Consumption Capacitor Discharge Power Factor Inrush and Leakage Current Lightning Transients Voltage Sag Frequency Transients and Variations Variable Duration Power Drop Out -THERMAL TESTING Quest offers a comprehensive set of test facilities to help optimize your product's cooling design while minimizing noise. In addition to airflow and audio testing, we offer infrared camera testing and an assortment of temperature/humidity test chambers, all the instrumentation required for thermal measurements, and the engineering staff to design a test program that best meets your needs. -TEMPERATURE/HUMIDITY TESTING Our temperature/humidity test chambers include large walk-in chambers, small table top chambers, thermal shock chambers and high ramp rate chambers. We can provide an extremely wide range of temperature/humidity tests on very small and very large products. -INFRARED CAMERA TESTING Quest Engineering Solutions provides infrared camera testing services. (We do not manufacture or sell test equipment.) Infrared cameras are the fastest way of collecting temperature data and isolating "hot spots". Our test equipment is portable and can be set up in any test area. It also has battery power for operation at remote locations. -Quest Engineering Solutions' state-of-the-art test facility is the solution to your testing problems. Located at 7 Sterling Road in North Billerica, MA, we are within sight of Route 3 and have easy access to Route 128 and Route 495.
