Since CTI is not affiliated with an adhesive manufacturer, we have access to numerous adhesive manufacturers resources for applications we bring to them.
While each bonding problem is unique, we have experience with numerous types of adhesive bonding applications and problems.
Products :
Services In addition to applications and laminations CTI can also die-cut, sheet, slit, rewind and package your product. These services add value to our customer's products by reducing lead time, freight and the need for multiple suppliers. Coating Our coatings include Hot Melts, Pressure Sensitive Hot Melts, Water Base, Adhesive Films, Webs, Powders, Transfer Adhesives and Spray Adhesives. Laminating Custom Laminations can be developed to meet the needs of the customer. All of our application equipment has the ability to perform custom laminations and provide several options when evaluating adhesives and processes. Specialty adhesives can often be formulated to offer superior bond strength between two very different substrates. Sheeting/Slitting Our cut to length equipment from Hauser and Rosenthal provides a wide-range of cutting and stacking capabilities. Inline and off line slitting is available and offers a clean finished product our customers desire. Die Cutting Our die cutting presses offer flexibility in the conversion of rolled materials. We can cut pieces from rolled or sheeted materials.
