In order to support and strengthen the managerial capabilities, technical knowledge, and to have international competence for merchant export activities of the firm, the firm has engaged mr. L. V. Patel, aged 42 years with education and professional qualification of B. Sc(Agri) ; CAIIB, attended special training programme on "international marketing and export procedures" conducted by the indian institute of foreign trade(ministryof commerce) new delhi. Mr. Patel has twenty years experience with the nationalised bank as agri. Officer/senior manager, and has experience and exposure in the field of agriculture, banking and export - import business related to the banking industries. Thus, the firm has competitive edge to progress in the regime of globalisation and in the consumer/buyer market.
