1. Scanning & Imaging:-

Hard copy documents need to be converted into image files for use by any computer applications. AdiTech has a large state-of-the-art scanning facility equipped with many high-speed high-resolution scanners. The scanners can be used to digitize documents, maps and drawings up to A0 size. The facility can handle very large volumes with quick turnaround times.

Scanned images may require further value addition such as clean up, cropping, despecking, deskewing, coloring and other effects. AdiTech uses software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel, PageMaker etc for such image manipulation. The imaging solutions group can work on a variety of different image formats such as TIFF, GIFF and JPEG.



2. Data Capture & Enrichment Services:-

Data enrichment is the process of adding value to data to make it highly structured and hence easily retrievable. Data may not exist in electronic form and the first step is to convert it into electronic form. Even if it does exist in electronic form, it may need to be converted into a different form. Metadata information may need to be added to enable context sensitive searching on the data. Finally, the data needs to be stored in a repository, or a database, that allows very fast searching.

Keyboarding:-

AdiTech has a large resource pool to keyboard data from documents. Datamatics can receive the source data material in physical paper form or in image form. Datamatics uses a proprietary double entry-triple compare process to convert all such material in ASCII form.

OCR

Documents with good print quality that can be scanned into high quality images can be converted to ASCII using OCR

Form Processing

With experience in data processing, we are now offering high volume forms processing solutions. A combination of the world's best ICR/OMR applications and internally developed Image View Applications enables us to give you an edge in terms of pricing and clock finish turnaround time.
