Since July 2004, we have been busy re-organising our corporate structure to be cost effective and more efficient. We are pleased to introduce you to our changes .

Bristol Shape Management Ltd has seen its activities recentered to fiduciary mandates only. Therefore it has been de-registered from UK and re-incorporated in Belize. Now this company serves only in a fiduciary capacity (nominees shareholders/director/company secretary).

Cyrille EMERY Law Firm : Our Swiss office is now a fully fledged legal offices which specialises in :

- General legal advice (corporate and private);
- Incorporation and management of offshore companies,
- Family Office services.
- Other services (offshore-bank.Html introduction, protector of trust, real estate, yacht/ship registration)

Tayline Ltd : This is a new addition. This company has been incorporated in the UK, with a Cyprus branch, and serves as agent for clients involved in international trade.

Cyrille Emery, our managing director, is born in 1961 and is a French lawyer with several years of experience in the offshore industry.

He graduated in Law from the University of Aix en Provence (LL.B Business Law) and from the University of International Law in Strasburg (LL.B Comparative Law). He also gained an MBA in International Trade and Finance from Heriot Watt University (UK) and studied Shipping Law with the University of London.

He has published several articles related to the offshore industry both for magazines and conferences material.

His professional experience encompasses real estate investment, shipping (oil and chemical tankers), business aircraft, fiduciary and trust services.

He currently serves on board of several companies and is chairman of a US investment holding with companies in UK, Germany and The Netherlands.

Fiduciary services: This is the core of our business as it relates to the incorporation and management of offshore companies.
