We are proud to say that we are experts in the sanding sector. For many years we have been involved in specific laboratory studies and research aimed to design new materials so as to guarantee higly qualified products for various kind of industrial fields.We make abrasive wheels for many different industrial sectors. We offer our Clients a large quantity of products specifically designed to solve single need. Our aim is to offer a qualified service, to assist step by step all the procedures. The aim is to solve any kind of problem that may occur in the sanding process.We deal with abrasive wheels for wood (rough or varnished), wich allow all types of patterned carved, profiles, frames required by the specific sectors, abrasive roolls for metals, from gold metal, silver, titanium up to heavy metals made of stainless stell etc.Moreover, we can treat glasses, watches, jewelry and products of large dimensions with a large range of application.We are also involved with plastic, ceramic and glass sectors.

Services of Varnished wood : The evolution of varnishing wood procedure that involves both the research to reduce the coats of varnish and the great variety of the same type, such as: Varnish with water, alcohol, hydrocellulose, nitro, poliyurethane, open holes or closed, antique, plaster, syntetic animal made glue, poliyester, UV acrylic, gold, etc., has brought our company to design a complete range of wheels in plyurethane, made of abrasive material or not abrasive materiale (FLAP).The particular composition of these products allow the user to sand all kind of wood profiles varnished with one or more coats, solving easily the more common problems. Moreover, the philosophy of our Company is not only limited to produce and commercialize our products. We also assist our Clients, putting at their disposition all our experience to find out, if necessary, specific products to solve specifc problems. This is possible, thanks to the collaboration between the different partners spread throughout the world, choosen beacuse of their preparation and seriousness. Rough wood : Thanks to the great experiance in this field and the availability of products that we produce, we are able to offer you a wide range of different combinations of Wheels in polyurethane and in abrasive material (FLAP), wich have solved all the problems normally present in sanding procedures.Thanks to the particular composition, our products are ideal to work with rough wood andthe substitute wood products such as MDF and MDF Light. They can be shaped perfectly to the wood maintaining an optimum usage up to the end.They are used for smoothing the following types of materials: frames for pictures, door and window frames, skirting boards, and for cupboards, wardrobe's etc.They are used successfully on automatic machines, sanding machines, framing machines, and pantografe that take groups of wheels, they also work on touple with a low number of turns. Abrasive belts : We also transform abrasive belts made of cloth, paper and fabric non abrasive cloth to work wood, metal, unifished normal steel and staiinless steel. Treatment for plastic surfaces : Thanks to a deepened research and a particular procedure to carry out during the production, we have designed a line of products for the treatment of plastic material with a high performance quality. Treatment for glass Surfaces : In this very peculiar and complex sector, we use products with polyurethane resin, which assure a finer skimming and an optimum finishing. Large rolls in cloth and abrasive cloth : One of the strongest points of our Company is the production of rolls made of cloth and non abrasive cloth of various kinds and dimensions. All our Rolls are equilibrated and balanced in order to avoid vibration, which could have a wrong effect on the treated material. The success of these products is given by the intense collaboration between different constructed robot machines etc.
