We Provide specialises in assisting companies to reduce their product cost by outsourcing / farming out Finished Cast components / Assemblies from all over India with savings of at least 30% of their existing cost of product and that too without any compromising on Quality. Our products :- 1)Castings :- Sourceindia is single source for many European buyers for their requirement of All types of Castings in Ferrous & Non-Ferrous material in the weight range of 25 Grams single piece weight to 1500 Kilograms single piece weight. Sand Castings ( weight range: 2 Kgs to 1, 500 Kgs single piece weight) Investment Castings (weight range: 25 Grams to 25 Kgs single piece weight) Shell Moulded Castings (weight range 1 Kg to 50 Kgs single piece weight) We supply castings as finished cast parts duly machined with CNC machining facilities. If required we can supply finished parts with surface treatment such as Powder Coating, Anodizing, Galvanizing etc. We carry out inspection on CMM and also provide customer CMM inspection report before shipment of material. Material selection : Sourceindia is specialized in supply of casting in following materials :- Stainless Steel & Super Alloys such as CF8, CF8M, CF3M, Alloy 20 (CN7M), CA15, CA6NM, CD4MCU, Hastelloy B, C, 276 etc. Carbon Steel - WCB, BS 3100 Grey Cast Iron & S.G. Iron, High Chrome steel (28% Cr). Logistics For the Buyers in Europe & U.K. :- Buyers will get quality as per International Norms from ISO 9000 certified industries / industries with substantial benefit of cost factor. Buyer pays at least 50% less than their existing purchasing cost. Freight from any Indian port to any European port is negligible, : less than 0.02 Euro per Kilogram. Transit time from any Indian port to any European port is just 3 weeks, by sea and sample and small shipment can be delivered by air within 3 days @ 2.5 Euro per Kilogram. European buyer has not to pay any import duty as goods imported from India is exempted against certain documents and we will ensure the same Buyers will have no follow up cost, as we will follow up on behalf of the Buyers as we are always available in India to chase up the suppliers for committed time bound deliveries. Buyers need not send their engineers for inspection nor to burden the cost by hiring third party inspecting agency, as our qualified and experienced engineers will inspect the castings at every stage, i.E. During process, after completion-final inspection.
