In 1998, three software visionaries had a bright idea that ignited into a one-of-a-kind company; a company that respects the quality of life for its employees, strives to consistently deliver world-class products and services to its clients, and focuses diligently on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Realizing that the Internet would significantly change the way software solutions were delivered to clients, they started HRToolbox to build an architecture to support their vision.
Founded in August of 1998, Atlanta-based HRToolbox, Inc. was established to address the never-ending demands of global organizations. The concept behind the name was to provide a suite of integrated, best-of-breed solutions, or tools, to allow companies to better manage an increasingly global workforce. By using the Internet as an enabling technology, HRToolbox, Inc. has developed an entirely web-based tool, which allows international human resource professionals to more efficiently manage growing expatriate and global populations. You will no longer have to search through paper files to locate critical information. Simply open a web-browser, login to HRToolbox, and begin using the system.

OUR SERVICES ARE - Global HR Database :- HRToolbox offers two solutions: Global HR Database Manager and Global Compensation Manager. The Global HR Database Manager provides the ability to track information on your global workforce that might not be captured by your current systems. This includes detailed demographic information, extended data on benefits and retirement plans, and full reporting capabilities. Standard imports and exports are supported to provide interaction with your foundation HR system. The Global Compensation Manager provides everything available in the Global HR Database Manager, and also provides companies with the ability to manage an international assignment population from departure to repatriation. The Compensation modeling tool is used to create a personal compensation worksheet for the employee that may include cost of living data from the data provider, salary, housing, car allowance and other pay elements. Our Payroll tools will help you communicate any changes to your payroll provider. The key features within the two products listed above include: Global HR Database International Assignment Management Assignment Taxation Tools Corporate Relocation Administration International Benefits Administration - Int'l Assignment Management :- The International Assignment Management tool provides the features necessary to manage all aspects of the file of an employee on assignment including the details of the many assignments an expatriate may accept throughout a career. Specific functionality includes employee demographic management, assignment tracking, compensation and policy management, as well as flexible and customizable reporting. You also have the capability to provide your employees with self-service access so they are able to directly manage their demographic information. - Assignment Taxation Tools :- The HRToolbox Taxation Tools provide your administrators the ability to produce assignment cost projections, hypothetical tax calculations, and gross-up calculations. These tools can help your company better determine the cost of an assignment before, during, and after the employee's relocation. - Corporate Relocation Administration :- Through our strategic partnerships, HRToolbox has created a relocation management tool. This tool will allow administrators to authorize domestic and international transfers electronically. You can also monitor the progress of appraisals, inspections, offers as well as detailed expense reports for each transfer. - International Benefits Administration :- HRToolbox has partnered with Aetna Global Benefits to provide clients an entirely web-based international benefits administration solution. The International Benefits Administration tool allows administrators in your company the ability to effectively manage benefit-related information such as the plan name and number, the coverage date, and location of dependents.
