Unispec is a professional and dynamic marketing organisation, dedicated to sales and service of Quality Control and Research & Development instrumentation in India.
With our wide range of products we are catering to the needs of almost all industries including Metal, Pharmaceutical, Oil, Petrochemicals, Automobile, Mining, Geology etc.
Unispec's service capabilities are very well recognized among its customer cross-section. The service ranges from correct and apt pre-sales information, selection and recommendation of right equipment and the necessary application oriented accessories, advice on sample preparation and pre-installation requirements, installation, testing and commissioning at customer's site, operator training and technical training to the maintenance staff on hardware, warranty services and post-warranty services in the form of various kinds of annual maintenance contracts. We are currently serving over 100 annual maintenance contracts. UNISPEC has proven its service capabilities by maintaining over 200 Analytical Instruments across our large country, with the help of service engineers located in its branches. Unispec has also installed, commissioned and serviced spectrometers in the neighboring countries like Bahrain, Dubai, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. There are customers in Dubai who have annual maintenance contracts with us.
