NR International is a successful and highly respected independent project management company dedicated to improving the wellbeing of the resource-poor communities in the developing world. Founded in 1996 following privatisation from the UK Government?s overseas aid programme, the company is owned by three leading academic institutions - Imperial College London, the University of Edinburgh and the University of Greenwich.
With corporate origins tracing back over 100 years, NR International works with a wide range of stakeholders, from multilateral donors to individual farmers. We manage projects for a range of donors including the Department for International Development of the UK Government, the European Community and the World Bank. We have more than 600 person years' experience of working in over 80 countries and have an extensive network of contacts particularly within developing world.
Our role is to add value to the projects we manage. Typically we identify priorities, ensure true participation and allocate resources to develop real solutions to real challenges.
